Hot Honey @cheezit Chicken Tenders, BABY 🍯🧀 #CheezItPartner A recipe to make you forget you’re even gluten-free 🤭 This was the first time I got my hands on the GF Cheez-It crackers, and BOY are they worth the hype. Let’s break it down... Blend one box of GF Cheez-It crackers into fine breadcrumbs. Coat your chicken → egg wash, GF flour, egg wash, Cheez-It breadcrumbs. Drizzle the coated tenders with avocado oil. Air fry for 8–10 minutes per side, or until golden. Hot Honey Sauce: Place 1⁄2 cup honey, 2 tbsp butter, 2 tbsp avocado oil, the juice of 1⁄2 lemon, and 1 tbsp hot sauce into a pan over low heat. Once the butter melts, let it simmer until slightly thickened. Drench your tenders in the hot honey sauce. Sprinkle with parsley and finishing salt. ENJOY! 🙆‍♀️ #wantitneeditcheezit #chickentenders #glutenfreerecipes #glutenfree
