Less sugar, more protein, same cheesecake energy If you want dessert and your protein hit… this one’s for you Crust: 1.5 cups graham cracker crumbs + 200g melted butter Press firmly into an 8–9" pan, bake at 300°F for 12 min, then cool. Protein Cheesecake Filling: • 16 oz cream cheese (softened) • 1.5 cups plain Greek yogurt • 3 scoops @TransparentLabs Vanilla protein • ¼ cup sugar • 3 eggs • Dash of vanilla Blend, mix with a hand mixer, or mix by hand (arm workout optional). Mix until smooth — don’t overmix. Pour over crust, wrap pan in foil, and bake in a water bath at 300°F for 45 min (Sides set, center still jiggly). Craving a sweet treat but still want to hit your protein? This chocolate lava protein mug cake is my go-to when I want something warm, gooey and satisfying without a sugar crash. It takes a few minutes to make and uses clean ingredients and actually tastes like dessert. The key ingredient is @transparentlabs whey protein isolate. It blends super smoothly, no chalky texture, no weird aftertaste, and it keeps the cake soft and fluffy while adding high quality protein. Protein Chocolate Lava Mug Cake Ingredients: 1 scoop Transparent Labs Vanilla or chocolate whey isolate 2 tbsp plain or vanilla Greek yogurt 1 tbsp egg whites (or ½ egg) 1 tbsp cocoa powder ½ tsp baking powder ½ tsp vanilla extract Pinch of salt (do not skip) 2-3 tsp milk or water 1 square dark chocolate (70-85%) for the lava center 1-2 tsp maple syrup / honey How to make it (this matters) 1.Mix everything except the chocolate square until very smooth.
