This might be the best high-protein banana bread I've made! Save this for later you’re gonna want it again. High-Protein Cinnamon Swirl Banana Bread Wet Ingredients: 3 ripe bananas (mashed) 2 eggs 1/4 cup milk 1/3 cup coconut oil 1 tsp vanilla extract 1/4 cup sweetener Dry Ingredients: 2 scoops of Transparent Labs Cinnamon French Toast protein powder 1 cup flour 1 tsp cinnamon 1 tsp baking soda Pinch of salt Extras: Chocolate chips Cinnamon (for topping + swirl) 1 TBSP Brown sugar (for swirl) - I used Brown Coconut Sugar Instructions: Mash bananas, then mix in all wet ingredients. Add dry ingredients and mix until smooth. Fold in chocolate chips and pour most of the batter into your pan (save a little). Sprinkle cinnamon + extra chocolate chips on top. Mix remaining batter with extra cinnamon + a little brown sugar. Pour on top and swirl with a spoon. Finish with more cinnamon. Air fry at 20–30 minutes until soft and fluffy. Protein Icing (don’t skip this) 1 scoop protein powder1 tsp cinnamonPinch of brown sugar Mix together + drizzle on top

Soft, naturally sweetened, and each one packs 8g of protein (c’mon thats exciting right?!) Guilt-free? Yes. Will you eat two standing at the counter? Probably (I did ) Here’s the recipe (makes 12): • Preheat oven to 350°F • In a medium bowl mix:  - 1.5 cups flour  - 2 tsp baking powder  - 1/2 tsp salt  - 2 scoops @transparentlabs Vanilla protein powder • In a separate large bowl mix:  - 1.5 cups plain Greek yogurt  - 1/4 cup maple syrup  - 1/4 cup melted butter  - 1 tsp vanilla extract  - 2 eggs • Fold wet and dry ingredients together • Toss 2 cups blueberries in a little flour until coated, then gently fold into batter • Spray muffin tin and fill evenly • Top with extra blueberries • Bake 15–18 minutes (pull them out when a toothpick comes out almost clean so they stay moist!) Save this for your next sweet craving because we’re building muscle AND eating muffins around here
