I’ve finally figured out how to make tacos into next level food for my family! Introducing, my hard taco shell made from 2 @Australian Eggs For the taco shells, just crack open two eggs into a mixing bowl and add a pinch of salt, pinch of smoked paprika and a pinch of cumin. Give it a light whisk and pour straight into a little frying pan. Lightly cook both sides and make sure your oven is turned on. Place the egg, which now looks like a soft tortilla, over two of the metal grills and let the rest hang over. Turn on either grill or oven to 180 till the shells are formed. To dress it up make sure you add some extra Aussie Eggs on top! Enjoy. #australianeggs #eggtacoshell #taco #ad

You will need: 3 medium size wraps 6 Aussie Eggs 1/4 cup green capsicum diced 1/4 cup red capsicum diced 1 teaspoon salt Cut the wraps into strips about 3cm wide. Oil the muffin tray and lay the strips into the muffin tray, think big sunflower leaves and it doesn’t need to be perfect. Crack an egg into each section over the wrap strips, sprinkle the capsicum around the yolk and season with salt. Gevrek 800 grams plain flour 500 mils lukewarm warm water 2 sachets (14 grams) instant dried yeast 1 pinch of salt 1 teaspoon salt Add the yeast into the water with sugar and mix, let it sit for 15 min. In a bowl add the flour and salt, add the liquid while stirring in and once all water added knead by hand for 15 minutes. Cover and let it sit for 40 min to an hour. Divide dough into 16 even balls. Create the Gevrek shape as per the video. In a pot add 2 litres of water, bring to the boil and add 6 tablespoons honey until dissolved. Cook gevrek for 3 minutes and then dip into sesame seeds and bake for 25-30 minutes. #georgegeorgievski #gevrek

Family is everything to me, and some of my most memorable moments growing up was watching my mum carry on our family traditions. Just like the dyeing of the eggs, we would have a challenge of cracking them against one another, and those whose egg didn't crack won. On the upside, whether you crack it or not, you still get to eat it. This recipe is special to me, and I loved every minute of making it. It's my mum's Easter Bread recipe, I hope you enjoy it too! Ingredients: 1kg plain flour 2 eggs 1 egg yolk 125g melted butter 150g sugar Itsp vanilla extract 500ml warm milk 7g of instant dried yeast 1tbsp sugar (for mixture) Zest of one orange Method: Activate the yeast: In a bowl, mix warm milk, yeast, and Itbsp of sugar. Let it sit for 10-15 minutes until it becomes foamy. Prepare the dough: In a large bowl, whisk eggs, melted butter, vanilla, lemon/orange zest, salt, and the remaining sugar. Add the activated yeast mixture. Knead: Gradually add flour and knead for about 10-15 minutes until the dough is soft and elastic. You may need slightly more or less flour. Let it rise: Cover the dough and let it rise in a warm place for about 1.5-2 hours, or until doubled in size. Shape the bread: Divide the dough into three equal parts and braid them. Place the braided loaf on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Second rise: Cover and let it rise for another 30-45 minutes. Brush and bake: Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Brush the bread with a beaten egg yolk and sprinkle sesame seeds or sugar on top. Bake: Bake for 30-40 minutes, or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the centre comes out clean. Cool & serve: Let the bread cool before slicing. Enjoy with butter, jam, or just as it is! #georgegeorgievski #Easter #orthodoxeaster

All you need is: 3 cups of plain flour 1 cup warm water 7 grams instant dried yeast 1 tsp sugar 1 tsp salt 1 egg Once all mixed, or stretched as my mum says, let it rest for 40 minutes. As my mum is getting older she seems to be sharing a lot more traditional recipes with me, by posting them I’m able to hold onto them forever. I’m a lucky son. #georgegeorgievski #mum #teganici
