Make pumpkin pie with me! (recipe below) For the crust - Add 1 1/2 cups of flour to a food processor (or mix by hand) pinch of kosher salt 1/2 cup of COLD cubed butter Lastly, add in 2-4 tbs of cold water until it starts to come together Pie Filing - 1 can of pumpkin puree 1 can of sweetened condensed milk 2 eggs 1 tsp cinnamon 1/2 tsb salt 1/2 tsp ginger 1/2 tsp cloves Blind bake the crust at 375 for about 15 minutes or until slightly baked. Then add the pie filling and bake at 350 for 40 minutes! Enjoy and happy thanksgiving! #pumpkinpie #thanksgiving #baking #foryou #fyp
