Make pumpkin pie with me! (recipe below) For the crust - Add 1 1/2 cups of flour to a food processor (or mix by hand) pinch of kosher salt 1/2 cup of COLD cubed butter Lastly, add in 2-4 tbs of cold water until it starts to come together Pie Filing - 1 can of pumpkin puree 1 can of sweetened condensed milk 2 eggs 1 tsp cinnamon 1/2 tsb salt 1/2 tsp ginger 1/2 tsp cloves Blind bake the crust at 375 for about 15 minutes or until slightly baked.
