I never thought I'd say this...I made a course, 6 hours 22 minutes, ‘How to Build Your Brand’. And I made this whole course…to post on YouTube for free. Video is on my YouTube channel. I feel confident in saying this is the most in-depth course on How to Build Your Brand that you’ll watch. We divide the course into four sections. 1) Brand 2) Content 3) Team 4) Monetize Oh yeah…and there’s also a 45 page workbook that I made to go along with the course…also available for free. Replying to @Caleb King I got cut off but I was saying think that way…think of what your brand needs to be known for to reach your ideal customer and then ask yourself “what do I need to pair my brand/product with in order to reach my ideal customer. Hope this gets the wheels turning :)

Most people in the education space make two mistakes. They either go too wide and lose their audience, or go a little too deep and limit their reach. In my opinion, the goal isn’t to pick one. It’s to know when to use both. If you’re under 100K followers especially, sure 75–80% of your content should go deep. Teaching the specifics your ideal audience actually cares about. That’s how you build real credibility and trust. But the other 20–25% should go niche-wide. It still needs to speak directly to your target audience, just to the widest possible segment of it. Remember, you’re not trying to reach everyone.  You’re trying to reach more of the right people.
