I scaled Creator Match 🧩 from $100K to $1M in LinkedIn brand deals. Here are the 5 mistakes I never make anymore ⬇️⬇️⬇️ 1. Pitching brands before building credibility on LinkedIn → We used to cold outreach with a deck and hope for the best. Now we build the creator's authority first - niche positioning, real engagement, proof of voice. Brands started sliding into OUR DMs. 2. Sending one generic pitch and waiting → We'd send everything at once and go silent. Now we warm brands up across multiple touchpoints before ever talking numbers. The deal closes itself when trust is already there. 3. Treating the post as the finish line → Partnerships used to end when the content went live. Now we send every brand a performance recap with real data — impressions, engagement, pipeline impact. Renewals became our norm. 4. Writing off brands that ghosted → If they didn't reply, we moved on. Now we follow up 30 days later with fresh proof and a new angle. Some of our best deals came from lists we thought were dead. 5.
