I think @ngnganhs may arguably be one of the most creative people on the entire internet right now… and this is why i love doing this shit so much.. finding ppl like her that make me smile 😊 😃 and go shiiiiiit that’s sick

she is one of maybe 10 people who actually push the limits and SET trends in the creative world and if u watch this video and look at her content you will get “why”🙏🏻❤️

you don’t need to be as cutting edge as her to have success but you do need to learn how you can **stand out** and be unique and get others to buy into what you’re up to.

For anyone who is trying to be able to do “vlogs”, this is a person to watch. @crustbycarson Carson is a really great example of someone who has decided to lean into his personality and what makes him “him” and allowed that to attract the right audience. So much so that people are calling him the golden retriever of new york, and his comment sections are some of the most positive and uplifting on the internet.

For any of you that have a unique personality, you don’t have to have the craziest editing style or production to still have success. In this video i share what i think he’s doing really well that you guys can learn from and also what i think he can step even more into to keep building further.

he has some great visuals and I think he has HUGE opp beacuse he represents the vast majority of hobbyist cyclers/runners who are still willing to spend on the sport and pursue it heavily, which is a huge market. stoked for him!!🔥✨🤙🏻

Split screen views, some unique transitions, but her strategy in content feels really natural to her and doesn’t feel like she is overextended, which is important to note. 

She also does a reeeeeally good job at collabs with another beast @lara_bsmnn, which all of you can really learn from. Collabs are a HUGE unlock right now. 💡 

anyways this was a fun one to make and her ideas can be applied to every niche of content.

If there is one thing you do today, have it be sending 3 dm’s or comments to people in your industry that you like. Making friends with them and actually supporting each other and collaborating or learning from one another is a masssssive cheat code. Really want to encourage u to stop looking at things from a competition stand point and more from a collaborative and supportive one 😁🤙🏻, first it makes the journey way more fun and enjoyable, second it literally is a fast track to spreading your message and brand to the world. people share the things they care about, including other people. If you have a great “reputation” and ur business or content is even half decent, you will get there quicker than the people who are insanely talented but isolated and not personal. If there is one thing you do today, have it be sending 3 dm’s or comments to people in your industry that you like. Making friends with them and actually supporting each other and collaborating or learning from one another is a masssssive cheat code. I started this last year but never fully announced it publicly and am super stoked to do that now - core (@joincore ) is a performance center for building in-real-life reputation.

Think of it like a training center for emerging creators, influencers, and talent with a huge emphasis on the content/community strategy that creates relevance.

Personal brands today have a lot of overlap with pro athletes. I was a pro athlete for 10 yrs, u dont recognize how much support athletes have around them.. strength coaches, physical therapists, movement coaches, positional coaches, doctors, psychologists and so on… 

but when you look at the world of individuals building influence today.. most people only have maybe a manager, or an agent, or an assistant. 

At the highest levels, the top creators in the world build their own teams, but even those teams often lack real resources that take into account the human side of creating or look into the holistic plan of doing it long term versus just maximizing the day you’re in. At the entry levels, you’re just fighting for yourself with scattered info and no direction.

Knowing what actually matters, with clarity and direction, and how to execute that on the platforms today, is as important as anything.

So thats what we’re doing with core.

We bring the best strategists, minds in marketing/branding/production, and the best learnings from human performance to help talent from all different walks of life be able to do this thing for a long time while having a ton of fun with it.

We’re not managing talent, we’re a performance center that will show up in education, events, retreats, cohorts, experiences.

It’s been so much fun doing this for the last few months and it’s been great building this with help from so many amazing people, advisors, friends.
 
I really look forward to working with some of you, or people you know, and helping them build a reputation for themselves while staying happy and healthy thru the whole process!

I would have loved to be in the room with the bieber team as they designed this show, because there were a ton of elements that stood out to me. When you go to most shows it can be pretty simple flow of song -> song -> song, minimal surprise elements or the elements that do suprise you are the songs themself or guests. but the formatting of this show and the way he used modern media today like youtube/stream chat had me stop and smile. very creative and intriguing while still being able to have the set be minimal and feel intimate. it’s easier to add “more” to a show to keep attention than it is to keep people hooked with less. i was hooked. then when he played the video and sang with his teen self i was like fuck, I want to be in the room designing that visual moment with the team because that single shot was crazzzzyyy and had our whole group stop and stand still. i loved it and give that whole team props for a great performance
