Your reminder that you don’t always have to do things the way they’ve always been done
I grew up chasing the checklist—grades, comfort, the “right” path. I just wanted to fit in and play it “safe.” Until failing at it showed me that I’ll never win by being someone I’m not. When you lean into your authenticity, you win. Success isn’t a checklist; it’s choosing your path and moving forward while believing in yourself. Fear used to block me. Now I use fear to propel me forward.

This is a huge moment for our company. Thank you to the Costco team for giving us a shot. Thank you to the Costco members for the support. Thank you to our community for constantly showing up. And to every team member of Mid-Day Squares across every department, thank you. Production, operations, R&D, finance, sales, marketing, customer experience, QA... This only happens because of the work you put in every single day. Big partnership. Big momentum. Extremely grateful. Now go find us in the fridge.
