Ben and Carolyn headed over to Tampa, FL to get him into the cage at Driveline and do some kinematic motion capture. There is a synergy with sequential muscle body leveraging and baseball. This is a national training center with three locations in the U.S. that’s trains MLB, collegiate, and other athletes on pitching and hitting. At a high level, Driveline’s mocap approach and Wrestling Prep’s Body Leveraging techniques both value movement efficiency and their synergy can elevate training beyond what either can do in isolation. One offers your body a mirror (data), and the other teaches how to interpret and respond meaningfully to that reflection.
