Ben and Carolyn headed over to Tampa, FL to get him into the cage at Driveline and do some kinematic motion capture. There is a synergy with sequential muscle body leveraging and baseball. This is a national training center with three locations in the U.S. that’s trains MLB, collegiate, and other athletes on pitching and hitting. At a high level, Driveline’s mocap approach and Wrestling Prep’s Body Leveraging techniques both value movement efficiency and their synergy can elevate training beyond what either can do in isolation. One offers your body a mirror (data), and the other teaches how to interpret and respond meaningfully to that reflection. 2026 Offseason Goals (Project Rubicon) GPP - 24+ Fat Free Mass Index (Currently at 23), 169 lbs of muscle mass at sub 15% bodyfat - 66 cm Countermovement jump - Bench 350 - Snatch 255 - Hold an Iron Cross for 10 seconds - Nail 4 back handsprings in a row - Barbell Dislocation Pullover 110+ - Have a left hip that’s capable of ER and abduction (mandatory) SPP -Volleyball serve 70 mph - Tennis serve 140 mph - 2lb med ball throw 58 mph - 70 yard football Throw CE -Throw a Javelin 75 meters We’ll see if I can actually make myself good
