Reacher star Alan Ritchson has released a brief statement in response to the altercation he got into with Tennessee man Ronnie Taylor over the weekend. 🏍️ Video showed Ritchson punching Taylor on a suburban Tennessee street due to an altercation over his motorcycle. On Monday, Ronnie Taylor spoke to TMZ to tell his side of the story, claiming that he took issue with the way that Alan Ritchson and his sons were riding their motorcycles through the neighborhood. 🏡 🗣️ - “I was trying to get him to stop revvin’ and speedin’ through the neighborhood. He was on his motorcycle, loud as hell, and he had his kids out there too, ridin’ around. It was dangerous.So I got out in front of his bike and blocked him, and I pushed him,” Taylor told TMZ. “I did push him because he was coming towards me on his, on his bike. He did it again for a second time. I pushed him a second time, and I think the second time he got off his bike and kicked the crap outta me.” 🤔 Following Taylor’s comments, Ritchson shared a brief of poignant statement to Instagram by sharing the famed Napoleon quote, “Never interrupt your enemy when he is making a mistake.” Additional video that’s been published shows what started the altercation, with Taylor jumping in front of Ritchson’s bike as he was riding down the street. 😬 Ritchson had to then abruptly break, which sent him tumbling over his handlebars. At this time, an investigation is underway but no arrests have been made. 🚔 Video published by TMZ shows a man that’s allegedly Reacher star Alan Ritchson, with his motorcycle laying in the middle of the road, punching a man on a suburban Tennessee street. Ritchson was recently seen starring in the Netflix film War Machine which was released earlier this month. 📺 According to TMZ, the altercation stemmed from the neighbor, Ronnie Taylor, accosting Ritchson over the speed at which he was riding his motorcycle through the neighborhood. 🗣️ - “This all started Saturday when Alan was riding his green Kawasaki bike through the quiet, well-to-do Nashville suburb. Ronnie claims Alan was flying at excessive speed, revving his engine and disturbing the peace. He admits flipping the bird at Alan, and he claims the actor returned the gesture,” reports TMZ. “Fast-forward to Sunday at around noon … Taylor says Alan came through the neighborhood again, allegedly speeding, and this time with the two youngsters on their own motorbikes.” 🏍️ “Taylor says he asked Alan, ‘Can you f—— stop this please,’ which is when things allegedly turned physical. Taylor says he went to the cops and reported that Alan punched him in the face and kicked him. Taylor claims Alan then fell off his bike, got back up, and tried to run him off.” 😬 Ritchson has turned himself into a prominent action star in the 2020s thanks to Reacher, as he’s also starred in projects such as Fast X, The Ministry of Ungentlemanly Warfare, Motor City, the aforementioned War Machine, and upcoming films such as The Man with the Bag and Runner.
