chocolate mousse 🍫 ingredients: serves 4 ✨ 500g plain YOPRO ✨ 180ml full cream milk ✨ 100g sugar free dark chocolate, finely chopped ✨ 40ml sugar free maple syrup ✨ 1 tsp vanilla extract ✨ 1/2 xanthan gum (thickener)  method: 1. add milk and chocolate to a non-stick pan 2. heat the pan on LOW and stir until well combined.  3. make sure the milk does not boil   4. stir through maple syrup and vanilla. 5. remove the pan from heat and allow to cool for 10-15 minutes  6. add yogurt to a large mixing bowl and pour chocolate mixture on top 7. gently fold the yogurt into the mixture  8. pour the mixture into containers of your choice and leave in the fridge overnight to set  9. top with raspberries and shaved chocolate. enjoy!  #YoPRO #FuelYourJourney #HighProtein #ChocolateMousse #ProteinRecipe
