They feel isolated. Exclusive. I know this story, because im fan of Jon Bellion. But I’d love to hear about other artists who are a building relationships like this with their fans. What even is a “BIG IDEA”?? It’s often too nebulous. Agencies love to talk about them. Recruiters will say they are looking for “conceptual art directors” who can think of “big ideas”. But hardly anyone explains to young art directors & designers what exactly a big idea should look like. The Idea Sizing chart made it all more tangible for me. Does this help simplify it for you?

Brands could do a lot more interesting things like this from @Oatly x @Nikolas Bentel, if they consider these 2 tips from @Dan Salkey: 1. Treat creators as creatives NOT influencers 2. Treat influencer budgets as creative/production budgets NOT media spend What are your thoughts on this??

What’s the difference between an art director and designer? Maybe you’re both. Maybe your boss calls you one thing but you’re actually more like the other. Bracing myself for the comments because anytime you try to have a conversation around titles and roles, people can feel their territory being threatened. I come in peace!
