Best news all week is clearly the fact @itsu have 3 new flavours of their viral soup dumplings and let me tell you the Thai-style prawn soup dumplings have me in a firm chokehold. You can quickly microwave them for 2 minutes 20 seconds (to be exact) and eat them straight out of the tray but obviously we had to be a lil bit extra and pimp them up a bit… #ad 🥟 Tom Yum Peanut Sauce: Mix 2 tbsp peanut butter + 1 tbsp tom yum paste + 1 tbsp soy sauce + juice of ½ lime + 1 tbsp honey  + 1 tbsp rice wine vinegar + a splash of hot water till silky. Chilli Lime Coconut Drizzle: Whisk 100ml coconut milk + 1 red finely chopped chilli + juice & zest of 1 lime + 1 tbsp fish sauce + pinch of salt.  #yourtrayyourway #itsu

pls stop scrolling because I just created one of the best burgers I've ever consumed in my whole life. These are my bacon chilli jam smash burgers using @Waitrose & Partners insanely good smash burgers with bone marrow and a homemade burger sauce. what the helly, you need to make these ASAP 🍔 #ad #smashburger #burger #Recipe  For 2 people 4 rashers streaky bacon 3 tbsp Waitrose No1 chilli & tomato jam  3 tbsp mayonnaise 1 tbsp ketchup 1 tbsp American mustard 1 tsp dill pickle juice 1 tsp paprika 1 small shallot, finely chopped 1 tbsp finely chopped dill pickles 1 pack Waitrose Beef Smash Burgers with Bone Marrow 4 cheese slices  2 Waitrose brioche buns 1. Cook the bacon in a pan until crispy, then finely chop and mix in with the chilli and tomato jam. 2. In a bowl, mix the mayo, ketchup, mustard, pickle juice & pickles, paprika & shallot to make the burger sauce 3. Heat a frying pan on high, add a little oil and quickly toast the buns and set aside. 4. Add the Waitrose Smash Burgers and press them down, cook 3 mins per side till crispy. At the last minute, place cheese slices on top of burgers, add a tiny splash of water and pop the lid on to melt. 5. Spread burger sauce on bottom & top buns, place burgers on top, spoon over bacon chilli jam, and close with top buns.

anchovy, kale, loads of garlic and brothy chickpeas smashed into gorgeously buttery toast with jammy eggs. could write a love letter to this lunch. every flavour I love under the sun, keeps you full for ages and takes about 10 mins to make. One for a chill bright day like today that’s for sure! 6-6.5 mins for your jammy eggs then plunge into ice water  Fry off garlic, loads of anchovies and chilli flakes in plenty of olive oil. Chickpeas with broth go in then add your kale or cavolo Nero and wilt down. You can add lemon and parsley here too. Smash the whole thing onto super buttery toast. Thank me later.
