Instagram Update: People can now reshare your Stories #InstagramUpdates
If getting monetized on YouTube has been sitting on your 2026/2027 goal list… this update just gave you a pretty good reason to move it up. Starting February 1st, 2027, the watch-hour requirement for new channels applying for full ad revenue is jumping from 4,000 to 8,000 hours for long-form and 10 million views to 20 million views for Shorts (in the last 90 days). That’s a BIG difference. But you still have time to qualify under the current requirements, and we’d use that time very intentionally. This news may be disheartening… but trust us as you can make it happen if you commit right now. Also even if you don’t hit this deadline… monetization is still possible, you’ll just make life WAY easier for yourself if you work towards this before the requirement doubles.

✨ The Thursday Proof Post ✨ A Thursday proof post helps your audience see that your process actually works. This is your trust-building post. And people are more likely to buy when they see evidence showing you can actually help them. This could be: → a client win → a testimonial → a kind DM or comment → a before-and-after transformation → a result you’ve helped someone achieve One tip: create a proof folder on your phone and save screenshots, testimonials, and wins throughout the week. Then when Thursday rolls around, you’ll always have trust-building content ready to share. #instagramtips #socialmediatips

From Content to Customers: Part 2/3 If you caught Part 1, you already know your offer comes before your content. Now let’s make sure your customers have a smooth path to purchase. A lot of business owners focus on promoting their offer. Far fewer take the time to prepare for the sale. You don’t want to be in a position where: → You have a great offer → You create great content around your offer → You have people ready to buy ❌ But the link to your offer doesn’t work. Before you start promoting an offer, make sure the path to purchase is actually ready. ✅ Your checkout works. ✅ Your links work. ✅ Your team is fully briefed. Because the moment someone decides to buy is not the moment you want to discover something is broken. The easier you make it for people to purchase, the more likely they are to follow through. See you in Part 3.

Film once. Post for months. If creating content always feels like a scramble, there’s a good chance you’re making one mistake: You’re filming for the post you’re creating today. Instead of filming footage you can use for the next three months. The key to this is building a b-roll library. Rather than grabbing one random clip every time we need to post, we batch dozens of clips in a single filming session and pull from them time and time again. The same footage can become reels, carousels, Stories, and b-roll for months at a time. The most important thing is being intentional before you start filming. Start by listing the activities that actually make your business run. These are the moments your audience rarely sees but are often the most useful to capture: → working with clients → planning content → creating products → packing orders → answering emails → your everyday routines Then group those activities into scenes. For example, if you’re creating content, you might capture clips of yourself planning, designing in Canva, editing a video, scheduling a post, and reviewing analytics. From there, film multiple angles of each activity: → wide shots → medium shots → close-ups → over-the-shoulder shots Now one afternoon of filming becomes a library of content you can keep pulling from whenever you need a reel. This is what makes content creation feel much lighter. You stop creating from scratch every time you post and start building assets you can reuse over and over again.

Welcome to From Content to Customers, our 3-part series on turning Social Media attention into sales. Want to know why some businesses post consistently and still struggle to make sales? A lot of the time, the issue lies within the offer itself. Before you spend hours creating content around your offer, make sure you have something worth talking about. The best offers aren’t random discounts or last-minute promotions. They’re intentional. A bundle, package, or experience where every piece works together to solve a specific problem for your audience. When your offer is clear, relevant, and timely, promoting it becomes much easier because you’re not just announcing something. You’re presenting a solution. And that’s what gives people a reason to buy.

Meta's Product Catalog Is No Longer Just a List, It's Now a Signal #metaforbusiness #instagramtips
Years ago, we heard Paul Brunson talk about ✨work-life integration✨, and it stuck with us. The idea was simple: Harmony doesn’t come from trying to split your life into a perfect 50/50. It comes from knowing what actually matters, protecting those moments, and building the rest of your work around them. That has been real for us this season. We’ve been travelling for almost three months, and it has been a mix of work, life, content, client calls, laptop time, liquids, long walks, sunsets, and figuring things out as we go. And no, that didn’t happen because we’re online 24/7. It happened because we’ve spent years building the systems behind the business (content, offers, team) that help things keep moving when our attention needs to be somewhere else. That’s what content is supposed to do for business owners. It's not supposed to be a lifestyle, and it's definitely not the destination. It's a tool that helps support your business, and the business is what helps support your life. So if content is taking more from your life than it is giving back to your business, that’s an important signal. Not to quit... To build a better system. One that helps you show up, build trust, and create income without spending all your time creating. Build the system around the life you want. Not the other way around. Rooting for you always. 🫶

From Content To Customers: Part 3/3 If you tuned in for Parts 1 and 2, you already know there’s a lot more to selling through social than simply hitting publish. But what happens after you finish promoting your offer? The work isn’t done yet. You need to look at what actually happened: ✔️ How many sales came in ✔️ Which content drove the most interest ✔️ What should you repeat (or change) next time Because the businesses that grow aren’t the ones guessing every time they launch something. They’re the ones paying attention, adjusting, and getting better with every campaign. That’s how you build a social strategy that doesn’t just get attention, but drives sales.

📁 Create the Collection: Instagram Profile Tips Make an Instagram collection called “Instagram Profile Tips” and save this post there. If your Instagram bio is unclear, your link is outdated, or your Story Highlights don’t answer the questions people have, you’re creating friction at the exact moment someone is deciding whether to follow you or take the next step. A strong Instagram profile should make three things obvious: → who you help → how you help them → what they should do next That’s what turns profile visits into followers, leads, and even customers. Save this to your "Instagram Profile Tips" collection so it's ready the next time you give your profile a refresh. #socialmediatips #instagramtips

When people hear YouTube monetization, they usually think AdSense. Fair. It’s the most obvious way YouTube pays you. But if you’re a business owner, the bigger opportunity is what can happen BECAUSE someone found your video in the first place. A video can introduce the right person to what you offer, send them deeper into your world, and eventually lead to a client, customer, email subscriber, affiliate sale or partnership. That’s why we’ve always looked at YouTube as more than a place to rack up views. It’s a business asset. So if the new monetization requirements had you wondering whether starting a YouTube channel is still worth it… yes. Very much yes. → Comment “KIT” and we’ll send you our free YouTube Starter Kit to help you get your channel set up, optimized and publishing.

If filming content feels painful… try this. It may look like your fav experts and creators are flawlessly talking off the dome, but that’s an illusion a lot of the time. Meanwhile you’re trying to say everything perfectly in one take and causing yourself unnecessary volumes of stress. If talking to the camera doesn’t come naturally to you yet, instead film 1–2 lines at a time: → Script it → Read it → Say it → Record it → Repeat Edit it together after. It’s simple, repeatable and waaay less pressure. You’ll also find you naturally start adding in unscripted thoughts as you get more comfortable. 📌 Save this for your next filming day and let us know if more BTS/behind the content style videos would be helpful. #contentcreationtips
