WE DID IT!!! THAT’S MY FIANCÉ!!!!!!! 💍I cried so much editing this!! I had planned a whole speech when proposing but I immediately started sodding! It took me about 15 seconds to say anything which I’m sure felt like a lifetime for Alaire. This is what I meant to say. “Alaire Rose Thomas,

On the last post that I did like this, someone had commented that this feeds into negative rhetoric that gender non conforming/trans people are invading women's restrooms. I too am gender non-conforming (she/they) and I like to make videos that bring awareness to a real life issue in a comedic way. This was for a short film we created about a mother/daughter bond complicated by differing beliefs. 🥹🫶🏽🤍 how magical that we get to “get married” for art and then do the real thing all over again! I would marry Alaire a million times if I could! When I was looking for the dress for the film I got to go to a real bridal shop, try on real dresses, I even had a little cry wishing my mom could be there to “say yes to the dress”. Even though it wasn’t for the actual wedding, this was the first time I felt like a bride!
