🚨The mother of Texas A&M sophomore Brianna Aguilera is pushing back on the Austin Police Department's comments that said her death did not have signs of foul play. Brianna died early Saturday at a student apartment complex after attending a tailgate party. Her mother, Stephanie Rodriguez, shared on Facebook on Monday that her daughter did not accidentally or intentionally fall 17 stories to her death. "To be labeling this as a suicide is insane," she said. "My daughter loved life and was excited to graduate and pursue her career in law." She also suggested that the group with her had plenty of time to come up with the "same story," and criticized the police and detectives investigating. Currently, police are waiting on an autopsy report to try and determine an official cause of death.

If you didn't know Mr. Villarreal, he was the owner-operator of the local CiCi's Pizza, and he helped so many students and groups in our community. He cared so much about Aggieland and was always willing to give back to others.
