1/4 red onion, sliced
1/4 cup chopped green onion 
1/4 cup chopped cilantro 
2 garlic cloves, grated 
Chicken (I used 1 chicken breast, diced and cooked) 
2 tbsp soy sauce 
3 tbsp rice vinegar 
2 tbsp toasted sesame oil 
1 tsp honey
2 tbsp sesame seeds 
1 tbsp chili oil
1/3 cup cashews, roughly chopped 

You guys… this salad is a game changer! 🙌🙌 You’re literally eating skincare! I love it! 😍

Si aún no la has probado, ¡tienes que hacerlo!

Ingredientes:

All you need is:

High Protein Alfredo Sauce:

Parmesan cheese 
Milk 
Garlic powder 
Onion powder 
Salt & pepper 

This is an easy lunch/dinner idea that’s low in carbs and LOADED with protein! You guys have to make this! 🥰

I saw @hungry.happens make this and had to recreate this immediately 😋 they turned out so crispy and delicious!!!

All you need is:
1 white onion, sliced thinly 
~1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese 
Optional - seasonings 

Spray with a little avocado oil and bake for 15-20 mins at 400F! 

That’s it… they came out so delicious and are definitely worth trying! ❤️

 High protein Alfredo RECIPE: 
2 cups cottage cheese (I’m using @good_culture) 
2 tbsp melted butter 
1/3 cup milk of choice (I’m using lactose free milk from @fairlife)
1/2 cup grated Parmesan 
Seasonings of choice - garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper 

Directions: Blend until smooth, the transfer to a pan and cook on low! I added grilled chicken to this and it was delicious 🥳

TRYING THE VIRAL CARROT WRAPS! 🥕 

I saw this low calorie tortilla wrap and had to make it! I think @soufiane.haloui first made it!☺️

This is an easy tortilla or wrap hack that’s low calorie and super delicious! 🤤 

Ingredients: 
3 large carrots 
2 eggs 
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese 
Onion powder 
Garlic powder 
Salt & pepper 

Directions: 
1. In a medium sized bowl, grate your carrots.
2. Squeeze the shredded carrots to get the excess juice out. 
3. Add your eggs, mozzarella cheese, and seasonings and mix until it’s well combined. 
4. Divide it into 4 parts and place onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. 
5. Flatten it into the shape of a circle. 
6. Bake at 375F for 20-25 minutes. 
7. Let it cool for 10 minutes, add your favorite toppings, and enjoy! 

You guys… it’s super easy to make and it’s honestly worth all the hype!! It’s so good! 🥰

Cherry tomatoes

Extra virgin olive oil 
Balsamic glaze 
Basil 

That’s it! This took me 5 minutes to make and my family only needed 10 to finish it! 🤣

EGG DROP SOUP!!! 🥚🍲High protein, low carb)

Have you tried this?! 

It’s soup season and I’m soooo excited to share this egg drop soup! This is how I make it for my family, and I add chicken to make it a full meal 🥳

Ingredients
8 cups chicken bone broth 
2 cups cooked, shredded chicken (rotisserie or prepped chicken breast/thigh)
6 large eggs
2 tbsp soy sauce or coconut aminos
1 tbsp sesame oil 
2 tbsp arrowroot starch or 2 tsp xanthan gum (optional for thickening)
1 tbsp chicken bouillon (optional)
1 green onion, finely sliced
Salt and pepper, to taste (or white pepper!)
Optional garnishes: chili oil

Instructions
1.In a medium saucepan, bring the chicken broth to a simmer. Stir in soy sauce and seasonings 
2.If desired, whisk the arrowroot or xanthan gum with a tablespoon of cold water, then add to the simmering broth. Cook for 1–2 minutes until slightly thickened.
3.	Stir in the 2 cups of shredded chicken and let simmer for 2–3 minutes to heat through.
4.	In a small bowl, beat the eggs. Gently stir the soup in one direction, and slowly drizzle in the eggs while continuing to stir. They’ll cook into soft ribbons.
5.	Turn off heat. Taste and season with salt and white pepper. Top with sesame oil and green onions!

Comment your favorite soup and I’ll make it next! 🩷
