Habits you should start in 2026 ⬇️
1. Face plunge to wake up - helps improve circulation, reduces anxiety, and helps reduce inflammation. 3 sets 15-20 seconds each.
2. Workout Daily - weights, cardio, a walk, or 10 pushups. Doesn’t matter, move your body.
3. Cook more, order less. Limit yourself to minimal food delivery, and try cooking more regularly.
4. Journal - set goals, make a daily to do list, stay organized.
5. Socialise - call your parents, call your friend, text someone you know each morning and make their day better.
6. Stretch 1-2x a day. Flexibility helps our bodies stay young, and can help with sleep and overall quality of life.
7. Take walks outside - feeling tired? Lazy? Sad? Take a walk outside, disconnect for a second, and come back feeling better than you did before. Key for peace of mind.

Normalize the norm..
A phrase I came up with back in early 2023.
Someone once asked me, “Why would you normalize something that’s already normal?”—and that’s when it clicked 💡
It wasn’t normal on social media.
Social media was all highlights, no real life. It painted a false picture of success—one that made people feel like a normal life wasn’t good enough.
So I made it my goal to change that. To show that you can work a regular job, live a normal life, and still be happy and successful.
Fast forward to today, and this community has grown to nearly 3 million people across platforms. Life looks different than it did two years ago—I’m now able to pursue videography full-time while providing for my growing family.
And it all started by simply showing up and sharing my “normal.”
If there’s one thing I’ve learned, it’s that consistency is the key to success. Keep doing the right things, day after day, and eventually, something will go your way.
I’m here to remind you to always appreciate what you have while you chase after what you want.
