Running two multi-million dollar companies means I have to find ways to stay grounded. To come back to myself. Honestly, I don’t think I’d survive without these 👉🏼 - Meditation, daily. Whether it’s 5 minutes or an hour — breath keeps me sane. - Surfing 3x a week. The ocean allows me to be completely present and to have fun. Giving my brain space to take on the day. - Hot yoga, 4x a week. It’s wild what happens when we get out of our heads and into our bodies. I feel myself reset every time. - Cold plunges + infrared sauna, 5–6x a week. Nothing clears my mind faster. - Clean eating. Protein, veggies, nuts, and berries. That’s it. I listen to my body, and it carries me through the day — no crashes. How do I have time for this? I wake up early. I make time. I have to. For my peace. My family. My businesses.
