Eight suspects were arrested across Dallas, Memphis, and Nashville. _____________________________________ According to the DOJ, Pooh Shiesty—whose real name is Lontrell Williams Jr.—set up a meeting with three music industry professionals to discuss a recording contract. Once inside the studio, he and his associates allegedly pulled out weapons, forced one victim to sign contract papers at gunpoint, and robbed others of cash, jewelry, and luxury items. _____________________________________ Authorities say one victim was choked during the incident, while Big30, whose real name is Rodney Wright Jr., blocked the exit to prevent anyone from escaping. _____________________________________ If convicted, the DOJ each individual could face up to life imprisonment.
