At 41, multi-Grammy Award-winning, multi-Platinum artist J. Cole is headed back to pro basketball with the CBA’s Nanjing Monkey Kings.
Cole previously committed to playing a few games with the club last year and is now following through, marking his third stint in a professional league after runs with the Rwanda Patriots (BAL) in 2021 and the Scarborough Shooting Stars (CEBL) in 2022.
The move comes shortly after the release of his latest album, ‘The Fall-Off,’ which debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200, as he prepares for a 73-date world tour this summer.
