A 21-year-old Los Angeles resident, David Burke, has been arrested in connection with the murder of Celeste Rivas Hernandez, according to the LAPD’s Robbery-Homicide Division.
He is currently being held without bail, with the case set to be presented to the District Attorney’s office for filing consideration.
