Everything felt really well done, simple but high quality. Here’s what we ordered: • cheese katsu — crispy outside, melty inside 🤤 • wagyu steak on fire — rich, juicy, and insane 🔥 • sashimi bowl — fresh, light, and so satisfying • uni pasta — creamy, rich, full of umami • unagi bowl — sweet, savory, melts in your mouth • sando — soft bread with a juicy cutlet • yakitori — smoky, juicy, straight off the grill Honestly, everything was super solid. I’d definitely come back for the katsu and sando. Save this for your next Vegas food stop ✔️
