Stop ordering the Friday burger. Double smash, off the Char-Broil gas2coal, juicier than the takeaway and done before delivery would’ve left.
Just roll your beef into balls, get the bbq lit (I added coal and then used the gas to light it.. so easy and you get the flavour!)… make your sauce (ketchup, mayo, mustard, gherkin liquid!!)… smash onto a hot plate with finely sliced onions with a pinch of salt and then add cheese, roast your bun and layer it all up!!
