President Donald Trump said he agreed to pause planned attacks on Iranian infrastructure for two weeks.
Earlier today, Trump warned that “a whole civilization will d*e tonight, never to be brought back again” if a deal wasn’t reached by his deadline.
In the post announcing the two-week delay, Trump said the U.S. agreed to halt its planned attacks because “we have already met and exceeded all Military objectives, and are very far along with a definitive Agreement concerning Longterm PEACE with Iran, and PEACE in the Middle East.”
