We’re still so proud of this group. ❤️🇨🇦⁣ ⁣ Team Canada takes home silver in women’s hockey after a heartbreaking overtime loss.⁣ ⁣ Kristin O’Neill opened the scoring with a shorthanded goal in the first period to give Canada the lead. 💪⁣ ⁣ In 2022, O’Neill was on the Olympic taxi squad — on call in case a player tested positive for COVID-19 — and never got to play. Today, she scored the opening goal in a gold medal game.
