The Lincoln Riley rumors got so loud that he had to comment on them in the media, so I'm not 100% sure Pate was wrong here. He was favorite on Kalshi to go to Penn State on November 30th. I know he is often vague in how he talks, but he's a media "talking head" with incredibly good sources, not a journalist. The entire CFB industry talks a lot, but of course, Pate can't just come out and say 100% what he knows. He'd burn his source.
