Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor has reportedly been arrested.⁠ ⁠ The former Duke of York has been arrested on suspicion of misconduct in public office, on his 66th birthday. Photos show cars arriving at the Sandringham Estate in Norfolk earlier this morning, following the development.⁠ ⁠ It comes after Thames Valley Police confirmed they were assessing a complaint concerning the alleged sharing of confidential material with convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein. Andrew has consistently and strenuously denied any wrongdoing. Thames Valley Police have released a statement saying "As part of the investigation, we have today arrested a man in his sixties from Norfolk on suspicion of misconduct in public office and are carrying out searches at addresses in Berkshire and Norfolk. "The man remains in police custody at this time."
