Former Ferrari chairman Luca di Montezemolo has spoken out after the reveal of the new all-electric Ferrari Luce, which was created with design input from former Apple designer Sir Jony Ive and Marc Newson.
Sharing his reaction to the car, he reportedly said: “I cannot say what I really think: I would harm Ferrari. We risk the destruction of a legend. So sorry. Take the Prancing Horse off”
The Luce marks Ferrari’s first fully electric model, but it has already divided opinion online, with some praising it as a bold new era and others questioning whether it strays too far from the brand’s legacy.
