The country star revealed that he was hospitalized in Charlotte, North Carolina, last week due to a severe sinus infection that left him with a swollen face and struggling to get through his set on the opening night of his Big Ass Stadium Tour 2 with Post Malone.
Thankfully, doctors were able to get him back on his feet with treatment and steroids.
