I walked into a pro golf tournament as the only girl in the field… and instead of just playing, I did something I’ve never seen anyone do before.
I went up to one of my competitors and asked him to withdraw from the tournament and caddie for me.
No plan. No guarantee. Just a feeling that if I asked with confidence… he might actually say yes.
My tee time was in 40 minutes.
He looked at me for a second… and then said yes.
Moments like this are why I love competing. It’s not just about the scorecard—it’s about taking risks, trusting your instincts, and being confident enough to do something completely unexpected.
Being the youngest player and the only girl out there isn’t easy… but I wouldn’t want it any other way.
