The $850 million Obama Presidential Center officially opened on Chicago's South Side with a crowd that included every living former president and first lady—except President Trump... who called the center "trash."
But outside the ceremony, contractors who worked on the project were demanding payment, claiming they're still owed nearly $100 million for work completed on the center.
"This project was supposed to be a project of dignity, and it's a project of shame to us as contractors in our community."
