Ingredients:
Cloud bread
• 1/4 cup allulose
• 5 large eggs, separated
• 1 tablespoon cornstarch
• 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Cinnamon butter (topping)
• 2 tbsp butter, melted
• 1/2 tbsp allulose
• 1 tsp cinnamon
Cinnamon frosting
• 2 oz cream cheese
• 1 tbsp heavy cream or milk
• 1 tbsp sweetener
• ½ tsp vanilla extract
• ½ tsp cinnamon
Drink: @bloomsupps NEW Pear Scare Energy Drink! 🍐🍐
I think this pear flavor is my new favorite! Only 10 calories, zero sugar and so refreshing. I ordered their Double Trouble variety pack for Halloween and it has both the Pear Scare and Crisp Apple flavors, delish!!
Directions
1 Preheat the oven to 350°F (176°C). Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
2 Place the egg whites in a clean, dry mixing bowl. Add in your allulose and cornstarch.
3 Beat on high speed for 5–7 minutes, or until the whites form stiff peaks and hold their shape. Fold in cinnamon. Avoid overmixing, as this will deflate the egg whites.
4 Shape the cloud bread. Spoon the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet. Use the back of a spoon or spatula to gently smooth and flatten the tops.
5 Bake for about 30 minutes, or until the tops are just beginning to brown and the breads are set.
Cool for a few minutes before serving. The cloud bread will be delicate when warm and will firm up as it cools.
