This month has been one of the most emotional and bittersweet months of my life.

I was supposed to run the London Marathon yesterday, but after battling sciatica, I had to make the difficult decision to step away. And while that choice was heartbreaking, I knew risking long-term injury for one race would mean losing something I’ve worked so hard for.

Sometimes strength doesn’t look like pushing through. Sometimes it looks like protecting your future. And girl if I ran that race I wouldn’t be running for 6 months and the thought me not being able to run… NO THANK U BYE

But from Boston to London, these past few weeks have reminded me how much can change when you say yes to life.

Boston, especially, was unforgettable. @whoop created such an incredible community-focused experience, and it reminded me that some of the best things in life come from stepping outside your comfort zone.

So this is your reminder:
Say yes.
Go alone.
Join the run club.
Take the opportunity.
Push yourself.
Say bold things.
Make the first move.

Because even when things don’t unfold exactly how you planned, there is a lesson in everything that happens!!!!

I’m SO SO SO incredibly grateful for EVERYTHING!!!! I know this was sappy and whatnot but I JUST NEEDED TO SPEAK MY TRUTH ‼️🗣️
