12 Michigan Football fans are building a “party house” two doors down from The Big House, setting up for an elite college football weekend experience.
The user who posted the video is unknown to us, but Wolverines reporter Brice Marich shared the video online and it looks like an incredible time waiting to happen.
The person in the video described the house as the “most unique project going on in Ann Arbor right now,” and stated that he was told that you can pay a $10k per year membership to use the house throughout the year.
The price to party just went up.
