North West says she’s “gotta lock in” on making beats and will drop new music soon in her first Instagram Live. On Monday (Jan. 26), the 12-year-old daughter of Ye and Kim Kardashian went on IG Live to share a bit of her producing and recording plans. “I gotta lock in,” she says. “I gotta make some more beats. I gotta post some more beats... Do I plan to release music? Yeah, I’m tryna drop soon. But, I guess you guys don’t like my songs, so I gotta drop something else. You guys gotta train your ears.” She also shares she’ll be hitting up Rolling Loud this year and calls Molly Santana’s 2025 album, Molly and Her Week of Wonders, “really, really tough.” North West has been showcasing her production and rapping talents lately. She recently previewed a new song “Piercing on My Hand” in which she raps: “Got some new Ricks, yeah, they’re so crazy/All my songs are hits, you know I’m not lazy.”
