Ice Spice gets into a fight, shown in video footage obtained by TMZ, at a McDonald’s in Los Angeles early Wednesday morning (April 15) after a fan attempted to sit with the rapper, then proceeded to assault Ice first after being asked to leave the table.
The attacker, identified by TMZ as a woman named Vayah, approached the table where Ice and a friend were eating while attempting to get the rapper’s friend to slide over. Ice seemed visibly bothered by the approach and the woman and Ice began to exchange words. Vayah asks if Ice is from California and then hits Ice in the face after the confrontation gets heated.
The fight carried out into the street where Ice and the woman fought again.
Ice Spice’s attorney, Bradford Cohen, provided this statement to XXL regarding the attack.
“The unprovoked attack on my client has been reported to the LAPD and we will be pursuing any and all criminal and civil avenues to hold the perpetrators responsible for their actions. We are also exploring holding the location responsible for their apparent lack of appropriate security.”
Vayah spoke to TMZ and claimed she was just showing love to the rapper when she claims Ice was rude to her and called her a “b**ch,” resulting in the woman hitting Ice.
