Founded by pro skateboarder Neen Williams and Michelin-starred chef Phillip Frankland Lee, this viral burger concept just opened its 12th location right here in Vegas after making serious noise with its Resorts World pop-up.
And no, this is not a smashburger.
We’re talking 100% Wagyu beef, a rich 70/30 blend, two 3oz Wagyu patties, chopped onions steamed directly into the meat, melty cheese, and the kind of bite that makes Marshall Eriksen’s cheeseburger speech suddenly make complete sense.
