Metallica is officially locking in its Las Vegas Sphere run.
The band announced an eight-show Las Vegas residency titled ‘Life Burns Faster,’ running across four ‘No Repeat Weekends’ in October. Each two-night stretch will feature completely different setlists, meaning no song gets played twice over a Thursday-Saturday run.
The venue’s wraparound LED display, immersive audio system, and 4D effects tech will reframe Metallica’s catalog into a fully sensory show with the band paying respect to U2 saying they knew they had to play the venue after seeing U2 open the building in 2023. Tickets go on sale March 6.
