M.I.A. is suing Kid Cudi for $2.8 million after being kicked off his Rebel Ragers Tour 2026.
On May 29, the M.I.A.'s attorney filed the suit in Los Angeles federal court. She is suing the Ohio rhymer for breach of contract and intentional interference with contractual relations. She is asking for punitive damages, compensatory damages and attorney fees and seeking a jury trial.
The suit comes less than a month after Cudi announced on May 4 that he was booting M.I.A. off his tour after she was booed during the Dallas show for discussing her political views and making remarks about immigration.
