Former family friends of the late #MichaelJackson, the Cascios, have filed a lawsuit against his estate, accusing the late singer of sex trafficking and sexual abuse, per @tmz_tv.

According to court documents, Edward, Dominic, Marie, and Aldo Cascio are suing The Michael Jackson Company, alleging that over the course of a decade, Jackson “drugged, raped and sexually assaulted” them, with some claiming the alleged abuse began when they were as young as 7 or 8 years old.

The siblings claim Jackson gained access to their family through lavish gifts, exclusive trips, and promises of love and mentorship, before allegedly isolating them from one another and their families. The lawsuit also alleges the abuse occurred during interstate and international trips, including visits to Switzerland, Florida, South Africa, and the United Kingdom.

One plaintiff, Edward, claims he was abused at properties belonging to Elizabeth Taylor in Switzerland and Elton John in the U.K. The Cascios further allege Jackson normalized the abuse by showing them explicit material, including pornography and images of unclothed children. They also claim he was frequently under the influence of prescription drugs, including Xanax and Vicodin. ___________________________
In the suit, the siblings allege Jackson’s inner circle enabled the abuse. They say they previously received payments totaling $690K per year for five years after the release of the 2019 documentary “Leaving Neverland.” However, they now argue that the amount was inadequate and are seeking significantly more in damages, with their attorney stating they believe they are owed $200 million. The lawsuit includes claims of sex trafficking, negligence, emotional distress, breach of contract, and fraud. ✍🏾#TSRStaffAS 📷:(@gettyimages )
