San Siro is not just a stadium to me. It is childhood memories, Sunday nights with my brother and sister, dreams built in the stands. So being invited there, on that field, to introduce Tom Brady, the man who needs no introduction, to the entire stadium, felt surreal in a way I still struggle to put into words. In my hometown. In the stadium that shaped my love for sports. Representing the game that shaped me. We spoke about flag football, about its Olympic future, about how much this sport is growing. And in that moment, everything felt connected. Milano Cortina handing the torch to the next Olympics. Italy to LA28. Soccer to football. Past to future. What made it even more special was who he was off camera. Present. Warm. Human! He listens. He respects the game and, most importantly, the athletes who dedicate their lives to it.
