The CAESAR SALAD from the @grandprixplaza in Las Vegas, NV. Full circle for me and @thejoshelkin, we were in here a few years back, drunk to the gills, first F1 experience of our lives. In the off season, the paddock transforms into an amazing F1 fan experience, with a real life racing experience where your cart will be on the same track the racers will be on in a few months and essentially a full immersive experience where we built our own F1 cars, get into driver's seats and of course...we ate through the menu at the F1 Hub Lounge. Really awesome way to spend some time not completely donating my burrito money to Craps 🎲 😭😮‍💨🤞 The Kale Caesar salad featured black Tuscan kale, roasted pine nuts, Kalamata olive Caesar dressing😮‍💨🤌🤌 ordered some salami forks on the side, and highly encourage an order of the shot Honey Finocchiona pizza...essentially a hot honey, sweet drop peppers, fennel honey, Fresno flakes, aged provolone and San marzano sauce 😮‍💨 Chef brought out new nachos and wings they plan on introducing soon, not a bad bite in the bunch. The wings are gonna be a hit. They also have a range of custom race-inspired drinks, I ordered the OVERTAKE OASIS, tequila, fresh lime, whatever "Orgeat" is, tiki bitters and nutmeg.
