Hosted my very red carpet event for my second tour, Against Medical Advice, in Los Angeles, surrounded by more than 200 incredible healthcare creators.
When Live Nation gave us the opportunity to bring this second tour to life, I had a vision. I’ve always admired how artists celebrate their work with album launch parties, and I wanted to create something similar, a space where people who do what I do could come together.
A room filled with creators who inspire, educate, and entertain by sharing their experiences, challenges, stories, and journeys.
Against Medical Advice is more than a stand-up comedy show. It’s a reflection of the realities many of us face in healthcare and in life. Through laughter, vulnerability, and shared experiences, my goal is to create a sense of connection and remind people that even during the most difficult moments, they are not alone. The struggles, frustrations, and emotions we carry are often more universal than we realize, and sometimes laughter helps us find the light through it all.
I’m incredibly grateful to everyone who attended and made this event so special. Most importantly, thank you to the amazing team that helped turn this idea into reality.
