Hyrox + 100 miles? 👀 With the build toward Leadville 100 in August, I’m increasing miles each day…which, you can imagine, means more time outside on my feet and less time in the gym. I’ve decided to redeem myself in a mixed doubles race after missing a lap that held us out of our goal and go for it again in Houston. 👌🏼 With managing the time that I spend on my runs and structuring workouts to maintain fitness, I was looking for ways to be able to workout at home when I need to without getting an entire gym. I was skeptical at first but the @speediance.official Gym Monster 2 completely humbles me with how much it actually feels like I’m in a gym…the weight is insane, the movements are endless, there are official hyrox workouts programmed in, and the machine virtually takes up zero space. 🙌🏼 There are definitely some movements that are tough to get set up but there is actually a Bluetooth ring that controls to turn the weight on and off as well as adjust the weight up or down while you are mid set…WILD. 🤯 —— #ad #speediancepartner #speediance
