#IvannaLisetteOrtiz, the woman accused of opening fire outside #Rihanna’s Los Angeles home, has now lost all contact with her child after a Florida judge ordered that she have zero communication with the child until further notice.

According to @tmz_tv, court documents show the child’s father has been granted 100% time-sharing, giving him full custody and control over all day-to-day decisions. The only way Ortiz could have contact with the child is if the father personally approves it. The custody situation reportedly didn’t start with the alleged shooting. Ortiz had previously been placed on an involuntary psychiatric hold in Florida, which she claimed was based on false accusations, though the judge still noted concerns. _________________________
Reports state Ortiz was arrested in March and charged with attempted murder after authorities say she drove to Rihanna’s Los Angeles property and fired multiple rounds. Law enforcement sources say Rihanna was at home with her three children at the time. _________________________
Ortiz is currently being held without bond as the California criminal case moves forward.
