🤩 18-year-old winger Lamine Yamal made his highly anticipated FIFA World Cup debut for Spain during their opening Group H match against tournament debutants Cape Verde at the Atlanta Stadium. After being sidelined since April due to a hamstring injury, the Barcelona sensation started on the bench as manager Luis de la Fuente chose to manage his workload. Yamal entered the pitch as a substitute in the 71st minute, instantly injecting energy into La Roja’s offense.
