Ohio State is the best wide receiver factory in college football history and it’s not even close 😳 In a single spring practice room in 2021, Ohio State had Garrett Wilson, Chris Olave, Jameson Williams, Jaxon Smith-Njigba, Marvin Harrison Jr., and Emeka Egbuka. All six of them were first-round NFL Draft picks. That has never happened from one position room at one school in the history of college football. Beyond that group, Terry McLaurin, Michael Thomas, Curtis Samuel, and Ted Ginn Jr. all came out of Columbus and had real NFL careers. Michael Thomas set the all-time NFL single-season reception record. Garrett Wilson won Offensive Rookie of the Year. Marvin Harrison Jr. went fourth overall in 2024. Jaxon Smith-Njigba won Offensive Player of the Year in the NFL. Now Carnell Tate and Jeremiah Smith are next in line. Ohio State wide receivers do not stop coming, and they do not stop producing when they get to the league. That is what WRU actually means. (Follow @snapbackuniversity_ for more)
