Jeffrey Epstein had his eye on the Toyota Century limousine and took a keen interest in the arrest of former Nissan Chairman Carlos Ghosn, even directly contacting Ghosn’s attorney. Emails in the redacted Epstein files indicate the convicted sex offender tried to import a Century through a connection with an executive vice president at the carmaker and seemingly probed billionaire Tom Pritzker for intel on Ghosn’s downfall the week after Ghosn’s November 2018 arrest in Japan.
