The North Carolina rapper later explained it wasn’t about disrespect, but about protecting his kids and setting boundaries.
“I’m not into grown men discussing my daughters, painting pictures of my daughters… I don’t play like that,” he said.
After the clip spread, the artist posted the painting on Instagram, prompting DaBaby to ask for the images to be taken down and making it clear he didn’t want his children tied to a viral moment.
